Included in your fee to Hardscape Paradise attendee tee is as follows –

  • Allows you, the attendee, access to all Hardscape Paradise educational seminars, group business discussions, and to interact with influencers from across the country within the hardscape industry while attending the event.
  • Funds Hardscape Paradise staff to give you a high quality experience.
  • Pays for cost of Hardscape Paradise Influencers.
  • Covers the cost of all events put on by the resort including event space, private resort lounge, outdoor event space, ballrooms, business breakout rooms, entertainment, etc.
  • Merchandise and special resort perks for the spouse/partner of Hardscape Paradise members.
  • Includes private transportation from the Cancun International Airport to the JW Marriott.
  • Enters you into drawings to win hardscape specific tools for our industry.

Yes, as a Hardscape Paradise attendee, all restaurants, drinks and access to the JW Marriott and Marriott F&B are ONLY included in your room purchase.

You will be given a wristband to allow you all-inclusive access as the resort is generally not all-inclusive to other guests.

The Hardscape Paradise Company will ONLY provide transportation services on check-in day (Wednesday, February 18, 2026) from 10am–6pm.

We will send specific information regarding the transportation provided at a closer date. Transportation is not included back to the airport as attendees and vendors will be leaving at various times.

Other transportation in Cancun: Uber, Taxi or other transportation services.

Yes, although Hardscape Paradise Events will only partake from Wednesday, February 18, 2026–Saturday, February 21, 2026.

Rooms, flights and event fee

Yes, the resort is family friendly. However, all Hardscape Paradise Events are limited to attendees and spouses/partners for certain events.

All participants in Hardscape Paradise need to have a ticket in order to attend events. This does not include a significant other for opening/closing ceremonies.
